I wanted to complete the series of fan arts for Frieren. This time I went for an Übel Fan Art with a spicy pose.
Focusing on improving the line quality, I got rid of traces of opacity changes, and I liked the result. I think this style benefits from a consistent and non-changing line opacity and size. I added some details to the line, though, such as the little dots in some of the line ends, just to explore the elements I might be able to incorporate to my style.
Below, you can check the process of the sketch and line art. I enjoy the process a lot, and, as you can see, the initial sketch doesn’t necessarily reflect the final style of the line, I just like to get rough with the pose and shapes.
