This is the first sketch I made in my new style. I like the minimal use of lines so much, that I decided to keep exploring shapes in this manner. I consider this artwork, the first step into what I offer now as an artist. This is the beginning of Discovering My Style.
Previous to this, I was exploring a comic halftone style in combination with anime shapes, but I couldn’t apply the minimalist look I was looking for. What I do, is taking a photo or pose, and simplify it.
This simple sketch, is the result of trying and working for some time, so I hope you enjoy it, and appreciate as much as I do.
